I went onto a birth control pill called Dianette to help with my acne because nothing else worked, I'm having trouble adapting to certain things which are happening to my body though.
I started this pill at the beginning of November, it's only two months later and I have gone up a cup size and a half despite not putting on any weight anywhere else.I'm a UK size 12 (US size 
and have always been a B cup, I went up to a C last month and now the underwire of C bras are digging into me just under my chest causing a significant amount of pain.This leads me to believe that C bras are now also too small.
This might be a great thing for some and you'd wonder why I was complaining, but the fact is I liked having B cup boobs and now it seems like I'm going up a cupsize a month!
As well as this being inconvenient, I can't afford to keep buying new bras!Has anyone else ever experienced this?It's freaking me out and I don't know if it's the Dianette or not.Not sure what to do?

It's almost certainly the Dianette. Breast growth is stimulated by the same hormones in birth control- that's why your boobs grew when you hit puberty, and why they get bigger during pregnancy. It's a fairly common side effect of birth control.
Tell your doctor what's happening and ask to be put on a different dose or different brand of birth control- they all use slightly different hormones and doses, so you just need to find the right one.
Weight gain causes growth but if you have been the same weight or weigh less then it's either the birth control or bloating from water weight.
So I have experienced the same thing with my birth control, I was about 13 when I started using it(very oily skin/hair) and it helped out allot of course but when I started I was about a, 32A by the time I was 14 I was a C cup! you may think of well your boobs are growing because of puberty but small breast run in my family so this is actually surprising, well I bet your bored with my story, anyways the best suggestion I could say is switch birth control with less estrogen because the estrogen is making your boobs grow, but they're obviously not going to get any smaller but hey at least they'll stop growing.
